PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) - Pelindo IV or referred to as "Inaport 4" is a reputable state-owned company in Indonesia, headquartered in Makassar South East Sulawesi and engaged in port management services. Inaport 4 was formed based on Indonesian Government Regulation No 59 of 1991. As of December 2015, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) runs its business through 3 subsidiary companies, 1 Representative Office, 16 branch offices, 3 Ports Services Unit, and 2 Container Terminals.

• Education background and age
• ANT I: maximum age of 42 years old on 1 February 2020.
• ANT II: maximum age of 40 years old on 1 February 2020.
• ANT III: maximum age of 35 years old on 1 February 2020.
• Minimum age of 30 years on 1 February 2020.
• Minimum 3 years of sailing as Mualim, preferably have experience as Nahkoda with minimum 1000 GT Ship.
• Minimum height of 160 cm.
• Not color blind.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Willing to be assigned in all working areas of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero).
• Willing to follow education program Pelatihan Pandu Tingkat II 2020.
