Hutama Karya has core business competencies on general construction services, EPC, investment and toll road development. Founded in 1961, Hutama Karya has more than 57 years of operating history in Indonesia. According to information found in PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the financial performance of Hutama Karya in 2017 showed a good improvement. Hutama Karya managed to record total revenue of Rp 18.09 trillion. This was higher Rp 9.56 trillion from Rp 8.53 trillion in 2016. Referring to its annual report, Hutama Karya registered total net income for the year of 2017 amounted to Rp1,071 billion. This number is up 255% from Rp 302 billion in 2016.

Process Lead Engineer (Pro-Hire Divisi EPC)

Requirements:

• Male or Female, with age is between 30-45 years old.
• Required experience in Power Plant / Offshore Oil and Gas / Industry for at least 10 years.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Have a good understanding of the basics of Technical Design and principles of testing practice.
• Have leadership or mentoring skills among team members and provide support and encourage collaboration.
• Independent personality, insensitive and hard-working.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, good relationships and interesting.
• Resilient, energetic, innovative and creative.
• Able to work under pressure.

Mechanical Lead Engineer (Pro-Hire Divisi EPC)

Requirements:

• Required experience in Power Plant / Offshore Oil and Gas / Industry for at least 10 years.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Have a good understanding of the basics of Technical Design and principles of testing practice.

Requirements

• Skilled in operating Primavera and Microsoft Project.

Electrical Lead Engineer (Pro-Hire Divisi EPC)

Requirements:

• Male or Female, with age is between 30-45 years old.
• Required experience in Power Plant / Offshore Oil and Gas / Industry for at least 10 years.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Have a good understanding of the basics of Technical Design and principles of testing practice.
• Have leadership or mentoring skills among team members and provide support and encourage collaboration.
• Independent personality, insensitive and hard-working.

Requirements:

• Required experience in the fields of Civil, Piping, Power Plant, Oil and Gas, and Industry.

Instrument & Control Lead Engineer (Pro-Hire Divisi EPC)

Requirements:

• Male or Female, with age is between 30-45 years old.
• Required experience in Power Plant / Offshore Oil and Gas / Industry for at least 10 years.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Have a good understanding of the basics of Technical Design and principles of testing practice.
• Have leadership or mentoring skills among team members and provide support and encourage collaboration.

• Required experience in the field of General Affairs for at least 2 years.

Engineering Manager (Pro-Hire Divisi EPC)

Requirements:

• Male or Female, with age is between 40-50 years old.
• Required experience in Power Plant / Offshore Oil and Gas / Industry for at least 15 years.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Have an Engineering system develop capacity.
• Have leadership or mentoring skills among team members and provide support and encourage collaboration.

• Able to work under pressure.
