PT Marga Mandalasakti - MMS is a reputable company in Indonesia, running business in toll road management services. Based in Lippo Karawaci Tangerang, PT Marga Mandalasakti operates primarily as a toll-road operator of Tangerang-Merak toll road in Banten Province. The Tangerang-Merak toll road covers 72.5 kilometers and connects Tangerang and the port of Merak Banten. The toll road passes 3 cities in Banten Province, comprising Tangerang, Serang, and Cilegon. At present, the Tangerang-Merak toll has 9 toll gates. The Company has Toll Road Concession Rights Agreements with the Indonesian Toll Road Authority for Tangerang-Merak toll road up until 29 November 2059. PT Marga Mandalasakti is an infrastructure business line of PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group). At present, PT Marga Mandalasakti is 79% owned by Astra Group through Astratrel Nusantara, 5% by  Capital Holding Investment Ltd, and 16% remaining shares by public investors.

PT Marga Mandalasakti performance achievement throughout 2016 showed satisfactory results. According to PT Astra International Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT Marga Mandalasakti reported an 3% increase in traffic volumes to 48 million vehicles in 2015. Referring to its annual report, the number of cars on the Tangerang-Merak toll road in 2016 grew by 2% to daily average of with a daily average of 130,000 vehicles from daily average of 127,330 vehicles in 2015.

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor degree (S1), majoring in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Actively involved in organization/extracurricular activities, especially as Coordinator/ Team Leader.

Information Technology Supervisor

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Computer science, Computer Engineering, Information System.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Hands-on technical experience in create corporate IT system application and infrastructure (design – implementation).
• Hands-on technical experience in design data communication and networks.
• Hands-on technical experience in IT Security and Server Management.

Business Development Supervisor

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, and Economics Management.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work as part of team and target oriented.

Recruitment and Organization Development Supervisor

Requirements

Requirements

• Strong understanding of programming language Vs.Net, C++.
• Strong understanding of database Ms SQL Server., PL/SQL.
• Hands-on technical experience as a Lab assistant/Programmer is preferred.
