Bank BTN recorded a growth of 18.83% in total assets amounted to Rp 171,808 billion over the previous year (Rp 144,582 billion in 2014). General Requirements
  • Indonesian citizens (WNI).
  • Male and Female.
  • Single/not married and willing not to get married for 2 years.
  • Maximum age 24 years old.
  • Education
    • Teller Service Staff : Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent with the average value of a diploma at least 7.
    • Customer Service Staff : Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 out of 4.00 scale.
  • Minimum height of 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female).
  • Preferably good looking and have proportional weight.
  • Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / child / brother / sister).
  • Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years.
