PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - BTN (IDX:BBTN) hereinafter referred to as "Bank BTN" is a State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Indonesia in the form of a limited liability company and is engaged in banking financial services. The Bank has a core business in mortgage loans sectors. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk is recognized as the largest mortgage bank in Indonesia. Bank BTN controls about 30.6% of the Indonesian mortgage lending market and more than 98% of the Indonesian subsidized mortgage lending. As a State-Owned Enterprises, Bank BTN is majority owned by the Government of Indonesia, with 60.03% of ownership. Other 39.97% remaining shares in Bank BTN was owned by public. Bank BTN is based in Jakarta and supported by 3,761 conventional outlets and 50 sharia office outlets spread across Indonesia (as of December 2015).

In term of financial performance, Bank BTN succeeded in posting positive financial performance in 2015. Bank BTN reported a growth of 18.83% in total assets amounted to Rp 171,808 billion over the previous year (Rp 144,582 billion in 2014). Total net income continue to grow by 61.57% to Rp 1,851 billion from Rp 1,146 billion in 2014, according to PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2015 as quoted by JobsCDC.com.

Requirements
  • Indonesian citizens (WNI), Male and Female, not older than 24 years of age.
  • Single/not married and willing not to get married for 2 years.
  • Minimum Senior High School or equivalent with a minimum average diploma score of 7.
  • Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
  • Preferably good looking and have proportional weight.
  • Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / child / brother / sister).
  • Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years.
